Behavior Health team gets Blue Shield $200K grant

A Nevada County-administered team of behavioral health workers developing care for people who are at risk and economically disenfranchised will get an added $200,000 in funding from Blue Shield, a county official announced Friday. Nevada County Behavioral Health instituted a Healthy Outcomes Team to serve  high-risk, low-income persons with a behavioral health disorder and a chronic health condition, said County Executive Officer Rick Haffey in his Friday  memo.
