The BAM Project, a nationwide organization for Christian Business women has a chapter (Tapestry) in Nevada County that will celebrate its one year “Bam-iversary” on Jan. 10 at Christopher’s Catering in downtown Grass Valley. The Nevada County group (BAMMERS) have set some serious standards of community support and are pledging to surpass them in 2013. In a month of everyone being too busy to do more, the local ladies had the highest attendance with 37 pre-registered for their Decemeber event and also had record giving night — supporting nonprofit Safe Families with $241 raised.
