Just in time for the holiday season, the Center for the Arts in Grass Valley has announced tickets will go on sale Monday for two big acts in 2013 — country music superstar Wynonna Judd and comedian Dana Carvey. Judd, a five-time Grammy Award-winning musician will bring her band, Wynonna and The Big Noise, at 8 p.m. Feb. 22 to Grass Valley. Carvey, an Emmy Award-winning comedian, will be in town March 15.
