Western Sierra Medical Clinic (WSMC) invites community members living with chronic health conditions to register for the free Healthier Living Workshop Series, which begins Dec. 4. Healthier Living is a grant-funded, six-week series designed to help those living with chronic health conditions including, but not limited to: diabetes, MS, celiac disease, ALS, heart disease, arthritis and chronic pain. Classes meet weekly in the Miners Family Health Center conference room from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesdays, Dec. 4 through Jan. 22, 2013.
