A Browns Valley man agreed to plead no contest to a misdemeanor charge of being an accessory after the fact after being arrested in May during an undercover sting operation. Nicholas Salvator Mauceli, 28, had been contacted by a member of the Nevada County Sheriff’s Narcotics Task Force, who had answered a classified ad in a pot magazine from a man looking to buy 10 pounds of indoor marijuana.
