I believe the time is now to invite William Shakespeare to comment (in his exclusive style) on our political chaos — if he were with us today. It would go something like this with acknowledgement to his opening lines in the play “Richard III”: “Now looms our winter of discontent made disastrous summer by the son of Hawaii; and all the politicians that lowered upon our political system are stuck in their deep leather faced chairs in the two Houses of Congress. Now are our brows bound with furious wreaths, our bruised arms hung up in opposition, our stern alarums …
