The public is invited to an open house at the Penn Valley Diagnostic Center in celebration of National Heart Month and the center’s expansion. From 4 to 6 p.m. Feb. 7, people can get an up close look at the new x-ray and electrocardiogram services at the facility, which is located at 11366 Pleasant Valley Road.
