Tahoe regional plan passage could dampen SB 271 support LAKE TAHOE — Nevada Secretary of State Ross Miller said Friday he would support rescinding an effort to remove Nevada from the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency if the agency passes an update to its regional plan next week. The Nevada Legislature passed Senate Bill 271 in June 2011.
