4-H cookbook project benefits food bank families

The Grass Valley 4-H Club has released its cookbook of healthy, family-friendly recipes that focus on the whole grains regularly offered through the Nevada County Food Bank. The project began as a Revolution of Responsibility grant through the California 4-H Foundation, which encouraged local 4-H clubs to work to develop a project to benefit their community. The Grass Valley 4-H Club’s community service project is the Nevada County Food Bank.
