After experiencing a stroke in 1995, Rosanna Radding realized that her hobby of cooking, one she had been passionate about for years, would now only be possible by re-learning and developing new methods. She is presenting her tips and tricks as a re-abled cook in a one-handed kitchen as part of the SNMH Stroke Support Group Series. “Disabled is a state of being, whereas re-abled is the act of doing,” Radding said.
