Celebrated local author Peter Collier has released a new book and will be taking part in a book signing for his latest tome, “Political Woman: The Big Little Life of Jeane Kirkpatrick,” Friday at the Book Seller, located at 107 Mill St. in Grass Valley. Collier has been called by the New York Times “America’s premier biographer of dynastic tragedy” due in part to books he produced, focusing on blueblood families like the Rockefellers, Kennedys, Fords and Roosevelts.
