The Chicago Park 4-H Club hosted its first meeting for the 2012-2013 year Sept. 10. New officers include President Emma Durham; Vice President Jeanie King; Treasurer David Ramey; Secretary Rachel Bousfield; reporter Hannah Bousfield; historians Azreal Lubrant and Daneille Gonzales; recreation Leaders Chloe Durham; Irish Stine and Fiona Berardi; and Sergeant of Arms Lucy Durham. The group welcomed all new members and introduced many new projects such as art, baking,crafts, sewing, Junior Master Gardeners, woodworking, mountain biking/BMX and many animal projects, such as beef, swine, sheep, goats, poultry and rabbits.
