Police blotter: Possible Pepe Le Pew reported


Grass Valley Police Department

Wednesday

8:47 a.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Sutton Way reported the theft of a wallet.

9:31 a.m. — A man from the 100 block of South Church Street reported the theft of food from a room.

12:30 p.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Sutton Way reported a hole had been cut in a fence; no property appeared to have been stolen.

12:58 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Mill Street reported a dog locked in a vehicle was clawing the window. A notice of violation was issued; the dog was OK.

4:20 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Manor Drive reported someone was messing with a motorhome. A man was arrested on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia and false registration.

9:31 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Colfax Avenue reported hearing two gunshots.

Wednesday

9:27 a.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of John Bauer Avenue reported the theft of money from a cash register.

2:06 p.m. — A caller from the 21000 block of Adamson Drive reported a cat had been seen with a possibly sick skunk.

2:12 p.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Pawnee Trail reported the theft of money.

2:43 p.m. — A caller from a business in the 29000 block of Highway 49 reported a customer destroyed a pump nozzle and drove off.

2:55 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of East Drive reported the back window of a vehicle had been broken out.

5:13 p.m. — A caller from the 20000 block of Grizzly Creek Road reported a squatter was harassing and threatening the caller.

Thursday

1:20 a.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Greenhorn Access Road reported a loud party. A man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

7:20 a.m. — A caller from Pasquale Road reported an attempted burglary with the security bars on a window bent and the screen tampered with.

Wednesday

1:09 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of South Pine Street reported roofers next door might be cutting her tree against her will. No tree-cutting appeared to have taken place.
