Police blotter: Boy reports argument over chicken dinner led to assault

8:53 a.m. — A caller from the 1800 block of East Main Street reported a woman going through trash and junk, refusing to leave. She was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

9:36 a.m. — A caller reported possible identity theft.

10:20 a.m. — A caller from highway 49 and West McKnight Way reported a woman riding a bicycle with a children’s bike trailer on the highway; she was contacted and was getting off the highway.

11:53 a.m. — A caller from the 600 block of Freeman Lane reported a minor stole alcohol.

11:53 a.m. — A caller from the 1000 block of Sutton Way reported a man and a woman ran out of a store and were emptying their pockets.

12:59 p.m. — A woman reported credit card fraud.

4:16 p.m. — A caller from Colfax Avenue and Ophir Street reported a man in a pickup approached the caller and was groping and exposing himself.

5:24 p.m. — A caller from the 600 block of Minnie Street reported men on their way to do a drug deal.

6:33 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Mill Street reported a physical fight involving a woman and her daughter.

7:01 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of South Auburn Street reported a heavily intoxicated 92-year-od man just left in a truck to buy a sandwich. He could not be located.

9:10 p.m. — A caller from the 700 block of Sutton Way reported a shoplifter tried to take a bottle of vodka; the person was cited.

11:08 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Dorsey Drive reported hearing five or six gunshots; nothing was located.

8:59 a.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Highway 174 reported an injured fox.

2:21 p.m. — A caller from the 19000 block of Penn Valley Drive reported a horse with no shade.

2:37 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of East Bennett Road reported a woman carrying a black garbage bag climbed the gate onto private property; no one was located.

7:09 p.m. — A caller from Brunswick and Greenhorn roads reported a woman in a vehicle screaming erratically in the middle of the intersection. She was crying and saying she did not know where she was. Other vehicles were in a minor collision trying to avoid her.

7:31 p.m. — A woman from Siesta Drive reported a man took a vehicle without permission, but she did not want to file a report.

8:06 p.m. — A caller from Hells Half Acre reported loud screaming and yelling involving multiple subjects. No one was located.

8:53 p.m. — A caller from Deadmans Flat reported people screaming and hollering.

9:05 p.m. — A boy from the 13000 block of Rancho Nogotta Lane reported his father tackled him because he was not eat the chicken that was being served for dinner.

9:31 p.m. — A caller from the 21000 block of Oak Ridge Drive reported hearing three gunshots.


6:03 a.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Miners Way reported the theft of irrigation reel.

6:22 a.m. — A caller from Mooney Flat Road reported five cows in the road.

3 p.m. — A caller from 500 Silva Avenue reported someone cutting down trees on private property.

3:02 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Coyote Street reported a child locked in a vehicle.
