Police blotter: Woman wants to be buried next to Ruby the pig

10:01 a.m. — A caller from the 600 block of South Auburn Street reported a man broke into a motel room and spent the night. He was found sleeping in the room, and reportedly admitted to finding an old room key and spending two nights there. He was cited and released.
10:38 a.m. — A caller from the 600 block of Leduc Street reported unlocked vehicles were gone through.
1:17 p.m. — A caller from a business in the 600 block of Freeman Lane reported the theft of a key from a vehicle.
2:07 p.m. — A caller from Candy Lane reported possible elder abuse.
2:11 p.m. — A caller from Race Street and Highway 174 reported multiple juveniles smoking and drinking; they could not be located.
2:59 p.m. — A caller from a business in the 700 block of Sutton Way reported a man running from a store with a stolen flashlight. He was arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary and theft with priors.
3:32 p.m. — A caller requested information on laws regarding marijuana cultivation.
3:33 p.m. — A woman from the 600 block of Sutton Way was found to be stealing utilities and initially gave a false name. She was arrested on suspicion of theft of utility services and providing a false name, as well as an outstanding warrant.
3:34 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of South Auburn Street reported finding multiple syringes in a drain.
3:48 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Brunswick Road reported a person used a debit card to make a deposit into a dead person's account.
3:58 p.m. — A caller from North Auburn and West Main streets reported a very drunken man hit a vehicle.
6:29 p.m. — A caller from a business in the 300 block of Railroad Avenue reported the theft of money. A man was arrested on suspicion of embezzlement, as well as carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle and carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle.
12:10 a.m. — A caller form the 300 block of South Auburn Street reported a physical fight. A man was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and another person was cited on suspicion of violating probation.
3:12 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Sutton Way reported a man and a boy going through recycling; they could not be located.

10:06 a.m. — A caller from the Salvation Army on Alta Street reported a burglary.
10:17 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Banner Mine Way reported a possible attempted burglary to a residence.
10:59 a.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Little Valley Road reported a large transient camp, possibly with some stolen property.
12:09 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Lowden Lane reported an assault.
12:41 p.m. — A man from the 14000 block of Maidu Trail reported a dog attacked his horses.
1:43 p.m. — A caller from Empress and Bitney Springs roads requested a welfare check on horses.
2:38 p.m. — A woman reported her husband sought treatment for a dog bite sustained at Empire Mine.
4:17 p.m. — A woman from the 13000 block of Smith Lane reported vandalism to a vehicle overnight.
4:53 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of John Barleycorn Road reported possible vandalism to property.
6:34 p.m. — A woman from North Bloomfield-Graniteville Road reported a man on the property with a loaded gun. He could not be located. At 8:28 p.m., she called to report her lights were out and the man was outside with a shotgun. She wanted DVSAC's number. At 9:19 p.m., she asked for a deputy to walk her out to her generator, saying she didn't want to be shot if she went outside alone. She advised that if she dies, she wants to be buried next to her pig, Ruby. At 9:34 p.m., she called to report she went outside with a rake and a flashlight, and turned the generator off. At 10:05 p.m., she advised that this was her last 911 call and she would not call back unless she knew she was about to be shot.
10:02 p.m. — A caller from the hospital reported a man was being treated for a human bite; he was uncooperative.
10:15 p.m. — A woman from the 15000 block of Little Valley Road reported a woman breaking items; she was arrested on suspicion of violating probation.
4:50 p.m. — A woman from the 11000 block of Ridge Road reported someone or something outside her bathroom window.

6:33 p.m. — A man from Broad Street reported the theft of a truck. It was located.
