Police blotter: Woman arrested after reportedly flashing school bus

7:52 a.m. — A caller from a business in the 800 block of East Main Street reported a Honda hit a building.
12:14 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Neal Street reported a man possibly trying to break into a vehicle. He was the owner and had locked himself out.
2:30 p.m. — A caller reported several juveniles had found a meth pipe in a bag.
3:22 p.m. — A caller from Gates Place reported a new transient camp.
4:30 p.m. — A caller from the 500 block of Sutton Way reported a possible drug deal in a vehicle, which was gone when an officer arrived.
4:40 p.m. — A caller from a business in the 100 block of West Main Street reported a man stole a guitar and left. He also was carrying a flute. He was arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary and possessing stolen property.
6:40 p.m. — A caller from Celesta and Cypress Hill drive reported two motorcycles driving extremely fast, back and forth through the neighborhood, not stopping at stop signs.
7:16 p.m. — A caller from East Main Street and East Berryhill Drive reported a woman lifted her shirt and flashed students on a school bus. She was not wearing a bra. She was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public and violating probation.
7:23 p.m. — A caller from the 500 block of Butler Street reported finding numerous Social Security cards and driver's licenses at a residence.
7:23 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Sutton Way reported a girl had been assaulted by three other girls, one with brass knuckles.
7:24 p.m. — A caller from Brunswick Road and Sutton Way reported the theft of a wallet.
7:33 p.m. — A caller from Richardson and North Auburn streets reported seeing a syringe on the sidewalk.

10:21 a.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Banner Lava Cap Road reported feeling harassed by Jehovah's Witnesses.
11:23 a.m. — A woman from the 15000 block of Thiel Way reported attempted abductions in the area.
11:40 a.m. — A BOLO was issued or an at-risk woman believed to have traveled to the area on Amtrak from Los Angeles, who was severely disabled.
12:33 p.m. — A caller from a business in the 10000 block of Combie Road reported a scam call from a man who said he was from PG&E and needed money.
1:15 p.m. — A caller from the 19000 block of Outpost Court reported vandalism to a drainage ditch, with boulder and rocks rolled into the ditch.
1:35 p.m. — A man from the 10000 block of Round Valley Road reported vandalism to driveway posts, with a wire fence cut.
1:56 p.m. — A man from the 20000 block of Wolf Creek Road reported a residential burglary.
3:03 p.m. — A woman reported having been scammed at the fairgrounds a year ago.
4:03 p.m. — A caller from the 17000 block of Virginia Way reported a fraud.
5:46 p.m. — A caller reported a woman and two small children being held against their will by an extremely drunk and belligerent man.
7:02 p.m. — A caller from Buffington Court and Indian Trail reported a naked man in a suspicious truck. It could not be located.
8:18 p.m. — A caller at the hospital reported abuse at an Alta Sierra residence.
9:57 p.m. — A caller reported a man slapped a girl and punched her in the stomach.
11:15 p.m. — A caller from the 18000 block of Dog Bar Road reported a woman split her son's hand open with a broken wine glass. At 12:07 a.m., a caller reported a woman hit a man in the head. She was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse.
