Police blotter: Suspicious Durango linked to drugs

Grass Valley Police Department
7:43 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of West Olympia Drive reported an extremely drunken man just came into an AA meeting and was causing a disruption.
8:20 a.m. — A caller from the 500 block of Butler Street reported a fraud.
10:42 a.m. — A caller from a business on the 100 block of Joerschke Drive reported a possible check scam.
11:18 a.m. — A woman from the 1900 block of Nevada City Highway reported she left her car at a business overnight and now there were 100 extra miles on the car.
1:17 p.m. — A caller reported a fraudulent charge on a credit card.
4:15 p.m. — A man from the 2000 block of Nevada City Highway reported he had been hit over the head and woke up in the hospital with his wallet missing. He said he went unconscious at the bus stop and then could not find his wallet or cell phone. The hospital advised that he had been brought in for an overdose but had been fine when he left.
4:38 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Sutton Way reported a drunken man on roller blades crawling to the bus stop. It was a medical issue and he was taken to the hospital.
7:33 p.m. — A caller from East Main Street and West Berryhill Drive reported a domestic dispute with a man pulling a woman out of a vehicle.
8:08 p.m. — A woman from Tinloy and Bank streets reported her wallet and jacket were taken.
10:22 p.m. — A caller from Brunswick Road and East Main Street reported a man in a Durango driving back and forth in the area with large amounts of drugs in the vehicle. He could not be located.
3:34 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Dorsey Drive reported a Durango had been driving in and out of the complex all night, possibly involved in drug activity.

3:34 p.m. — A caller from Carrie Ann Lane reported finding a purse with needles.
4:49 p.m. — A caller from the hospital reported an assault in Penn Valley on Friday.
7:01 p.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Mountain View Drive reported that a dog tried to attack a walker.
7:26 p.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Loma Rica Drive reported a man at the end of the runway, yelling profanities and throwing beer bottles. He was gone when a deputy arrived.
11:41 p.m. — A caller from a business in the 10000 block of Combie Road reported a hat, sweatshirt and longboard were stolen from a vehicle.

10:41 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Commercial Street reported four men smoking marijuana on the boardwalk.
11:24 a.m. — A caller from a business in the 300 block of Spring Street reported two or three people loitering and stealing electricity.
3:27 p.m. — A caller from the 500 block of Coyote Street reported that a man riding a bicycle had just broken into a vehicle and stole a necklace before fleeing.
