Police blotter: Spray-painted puppy on the loose

8:15 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Stacey Lane reported two Lab puppies running loose; one had been spray-painted. They could not be located.
9:06 a.m. — A caller from the 1000 block of Sutton Way reported a vehicle had been keyed.
9:27 a.m. — A caller from Highway 49 and South Auburn Street reported transients partying under the overpass, drinking malt liquor. They were moving on.
9:53 a.m. — A caller from Memorial Park reported vandalism to a restroom.

10:16 a.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Central Avenue reported drug-related activity.
2:38 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Dorsey Drive reported a physical fight with a man destroying property.
2:46 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Richardson Street reported juveniles doing drugs, defecating and vandalizing behind a building after school.
3:10 p.m. — A caller reported that an iPod had been stolen and sold to a store, and the business would not release it back to the owner without a police case.
3:41 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Bennett Street reported the theft of glasses.
5:52 p.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Sutton Way reported a transient shoplifted an item; the person was advised to stay away from the business.
6:04 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Neal Street reported three white men with dreadlocks smoking drugs in a van. They were gone when officers arrived.
10:14 p.m. — A caller from the 900 block of Sutton Way reported a woman acting like she was fighting with someone, even though she was alone. She could not be located.
10:17 p.m. — A caller reported an out of control party at Condon Park.
10:42 p.m. — A caller from a business in the 200 block of South Auburn Street reported a woman refusing to leave, pouring herself a cup of coffee.
6:12 a.m. — A caller from Sierra College Drive reported seeing a large mountain lion. It was not located.

8:15 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Quail Creek Road reported a huge pit bull harassing livestock. A dog was taken to the shelter.
8:20 a.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Ranchero Way reported the theft of two TVs and a laptop.
8:58 a.m. — A caller from Matthew Lane reported a fight between a man and a woman, with a person breaking an aviary.
9:38 a.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Highway 49 reported vandalism to a mailbox and the theft of mail. No damage was found.
10:30 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Walker Drive reported the theft of a passport, birth certificate and driver's license.
12:15 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Combie Road reported transients living on a property, one of whom just defecated next to a pond. They were admonished.
12;52 p.m. — A caller from the 18000 block of Lake Forest Drive reported two loose, aggressive German shepherds. They could not be located. At 1:51 p.m., a caller reported the dogs attacked an animal on a deck. The owner was cited.
1:27 p.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Goldcone Drive reported a dog attacked another dog.
3:38 p.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Rough and Ready Highway reported a residential burglary.
5:04 p.m. — A caller from the 29000 block of Highway 49 reported a person stole $60 worth of propane. No report was desired.
5:49 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Willow Valley Road reported the theft of a package of electronics.
5:55 p.m. — A caller reported dog neglect on Happy Dale Road.
5:58 p.m. — A woman from the 11000 block of Spenceville Road reported a person assaulted a man then left in a vehicle. Medical attention was requested.
7:34 p.m. — A woman reported that she was riding a bicycle on Pasquale Road and a man in a truck followed her until she hid.
7:42 p.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Myers Place reported a shed was burglarized.
9:23 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Carey Drive reported the theft of a GPS from a vehicle.
