Sunday — 47 calls for service
10:52 a.m. — A caller from the 400 block of South Auburn Street reported vandalism to a vehicle. Cream cheese was spread under door handles, the vehicle was keyed and rocks were thrown at the vehicle.
12:04 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Brunswick Road reported a woman was shouting obscenities and making inappropriate comments to children.
12:56 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of North Auburn Street reported a man walked outside, completely nude, and fondled his genitals in front of a woman.
2:06 p.m. — A woman was cited on suspicion of shoplifting on Freeman Lane.
5:02 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Pleasant Street reported three or four transients camping in the bushes. Five people were advised to move on.
5:51 p.m. — A man from the 900 block of West Main Street reported a man threatened him with a chain in his hand. No charges were desired.
7:08 p.m. — A caller from the 700 block of Taylorville Road reported two men dined and dashed on a $50 tab.
7:36 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Arcadia Drive reported a dog was charging people.
7:43 p.m. — A caller from Brighton and Minnie streets reported a possible vegetation fire in a front yard.
7:50 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Chapel Street reported a man facing the church with his hands in the air for a long period of time. He was OK.
8:14 p.m. — A caller from Fawcett Street and Butler Road reported water coming up through the road.
9:19 p.m. — A man from the 1000 block of Laurel Lane reported his neighbor calls him names when he waters in the morning.
1:15 a.m. — A caller from the 500 block of South Auburn Street reported people with flashlights in a vacant house. One person was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

8:12 a.m. — A caller from Bear River High School reported a skunk in a garbage can, which was removed.
8:35 a.m. — A caller from Dandee Hill Lane reported an ongoing issue with an adult bear and at least two cubs that are sniffing around a porch and scaring children. Traps had been set by Fish and Game.
8:56 a.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Vinlee Place reported a person possibly very under the influence, yelling and screaming. A man was arrested on suspicion of violating parole.
9:20 a.m. — A caller from the 31000 block of Relief Hill Road reported a buck in a yard with a rope around its antlers that is tied to a tree. The deer was released.
12:15 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Cole Way reported possible identity theft.
12:27 p.m. — A man from Highway 49 reported a juvenile being incorrigible and possibly taking a vehicle to joy ride while at church.
12:35 p.m. — A caller reported a person was beaten up at Hell’s Half-Acre. A man was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse.
12:37 p.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Meadow View Drive reported extensive vandalism to a rental property.
3:27 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Tom Ray Drive reported the theft of a wood and cast-iron park bench, a sculpture and artificial boulders.
4:07 p.m. — A woman from the 11000 block of Wolf Road reported a person made death threats against her and put something in her radiator. The person threatened her with a crossbow and an AR-15 and was wearing goggles. A woman was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
6:49 p.m. — A woman from the 17000 block of Lake Forest Drive reported a woman tried to break in the front door and steal her dog.
8:01 p.m. — A woman from the 17000 block of Oscar Drive reported her house was burglarized and multiple items were missing, including her guns.
1:24 a.m. — A man from the 16000 block of Jones Bar Road reported trespassers with a large dog that attacked his caregiver. The victim went to the emergency room for treatment.
1:52 a.m. — A caller from Highway 20 and Lake Spaulding Road reported people with flashlights.
6:04 a.m. — A man from the 10000 block of Pittsburg Road reported an attempted burglary of a vehicle. The suspect tried to run, but the caller caught him. He was arrested on unknown charges.

11:48 a.m. — A caller from Main Street reported a person came home and was being followed by a number of vagrants.
1:20 p.m. — A woman reported her ex-boyfriend threatened to kill her and her child.
1:34 p.m. — A caller from South Pine and Broad streets reported the theft of a phone.
3:16 p.m. — A caller from Boulder and Broad streets reported a juvenile shooting at rubber ducks, who was admonished.
8:31 p.m. — A caller from Broad and Commercial streets reported a man kicking garbage cans and yelling at people. He was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public.
