Police blotter: Scam victim reports sending money via Western Union

7:09 a.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Whispering Pines Lane reported the theft of batteries from vehicles in the yard overnight.
12:47 p.m. — A caller from Elisabeth Daniels Park reported three people smoking marijuana at a picnic table.
2 p.m. — A caller from Condon Park reported the theft of a phone yesterday.
3:01 p.m. — A woman from the 200 block of Green Mountain Loop reported finding a tent set up behind her property. Extra patrols were requested.

3:16 p.m. — A caller reported the theft of a tab.
3:40 p.m. — A caller from North Auburn and South Auburn streets reported a man and a woman who appeared to be drunk, with open containers. They could not be located.
4:05 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Dorsey Drive reported finding a syringe, which was collected for destruction.
4:29 p.m. — A caller reported finding drugs, which were collected.
4:52 p.m. — A woman from the 200 block of Helen Drive reported hearing gunshots and seeing two men run toward Doris Drive. They could not be located.
5:37 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Sutton Way reported the theft of a .22 Derringer from a residence.
6:08 p.m. — A caller from Highway 20 and Idaho-Maryland Road reported a shirtless man tagging with black spray paint; he could not be located.

9:54 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Streeter Road reported the theft of a security camera from a business.
9:59 a.m. — A caller from David and Lawrence ways reported a man sitting on the side of the road, smoking drugs from a pipe. He could not be located.
10:13 a.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of East Brookview Drive reported two men and a woman trespassed on private property after trying to breaking into a neighbor's property. One of the suspects had a double-sided axe.
10:24 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Sentinel Pine Way reported finding a very drunken man sleeping in a vehicle parked in her driveway.
10:54 a.m. — A caller from Chicago Park School reported boys possibly were taking pictures of girls in the bathroom and posting them on the Internet. The report was unfounded.
11:26 a.m. — A caller from Highway 174 and White Oak Drive reported a woman driving a truck might have been assaulting a passenger. They could not be located.
1:18 p.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Bitney Springs Road reported a truck and a Prius possibly trespassing on private property.
2:10 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Pleasant Valley Road reported a rooster outside a bank.
2:56 p.m. — A caller from Magnolia School reported a juvenile with marijuana, who was cited.
3:44 p.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Georges Meadows reported a man followed her home and now was pounding on her door. She said she was selling some stamps outside a business, and the man told her he was a stamp collector and tried to force her into his vehicle. When she refused, he followed her home.
3:46 p.m. — A woman from Gracie and Banner Lava Cap roads reported a dog bit her while she was riding her bike.
5:40 p.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Sontag Road reported vandalism to a residence.
6:10 p.m. — A caller from the 20000 block of Wildwood West Drive reported being a victim of a fraud, sending $995 via Western Union.
6:19 p.m. — A caller from Combie and Table Meadows roads reported hearing four gunshots.
6:48 p.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Bodie Ridge Road reported squatters at a residence without electricity or plumbing.
7:18 p.m. — A caller from the 24000 block of Highway 49 reported three juveniles assaulted staff.
7:29 p.m. — A caller from Highway 174 and You Bet Road reported hearing a cannon being shot in the area.

9:13 a.m. — A caller from Seven Hills School reported a student made a threat to blow up the school; the principal was with the student.
1:25 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Broad Street reported a possible stolen cell phone.
4:49 p.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Nevada Street reported two women in a physical fight. A woman said her neighbor pushed her and slapped her.
