Police blotter: Neighbors with knives, neighbors with guns

12:21 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Second Street reported a woman was still drunk from last night and her children were unattended. A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
5:04 p.m. — A woman from a business in the 800 block of Sutton Way reported the theft of a wallet.
6:41 p.m. — A caller from the 2000 block of Nevada City Highway reported a man drinking alcohol from a bottle on the back steps of a business. No alcohol was found.
7:59 p.m. — A caller from the 500 block of Mill Street reported hearing a person screaming; no one was located.
3:37 a.m. — A caller from the 1400 block of Segsworth Way reported a man was hitting a woman. He then left on foot. A be-on-the-lookout advisory was issued.

8:33 a.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Mathis Way reported a domestic dispute with multiple emergency protective orders on both parties. A woman was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse.
10:20 a.m. — A man from the 10000 block of Alta Mine Hill Road reported vandalism to his vehicle last night.
12:47 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Sierra Pines Road reported possible identity theft.
1:10 p.m. — A woman from the 14000 block of Alderwood Way reported the theft of a bicycle from a front porch.
1:40 p.m. — A man from the 21000 block of Clivus Drive reported his neighbor drove up, pulled a shotgun and waved it at him. His son was coming out of the driveway while the neighbor was peeling out on his lawn, tried to hit his son with his vehicle and waved a handgun at him. No charges were desired.
2:32 p.m. — A woman from Deadman's Flat reported multiple dirt bike riders trespassing.
2:51 p.m. — A caller from the 23000 block of Cottage Hill Drive reported the theft of a chainsaw.
3:02 p.m. — A caller from the 25000 block of Long Court reported a fire in a garage. The fire might have been related to drug use.
3:39 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Sierra Circle reported a girl possibly was inappropriately texting with a man.
5:37 p.m. — A caller from the 18000 block of Bumpy Road reported a bear; a neighbor was out with a shotgun, trying to find it and scare it away.
1:53 a.m. — A caller from the 17000 block of Maybert Road reported a neighbor's car alarm went off, and the neighbor was outside with a knife in each hand. The neighbor appeared to be either drunk or hallucinating. At 2:20 a.m., the caller reported the neighbor was outside yelling about explosives and that people were trying to get him. A report was taken for a mental health evaluation.
