Police blotter: Man arrested in connection with copper theft

8:22 a.m. — A man from South Auburn and West Main streets reported a black Toyota Tundra had been stolen last night.
10:16 a.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Chapel Street reported a burglary to a residence Sunday night.
11 a.m. — A man from the 2000 block of Nevada City Highway could be heard swearing and saving “stupid phone,” before disconnecting.
11:48 a.m. — A caller from Condon Park reported vandalism at the restrooms.
12:19 p.m. — A caller from a business in the 300 block of Railroad Avenue reported that suspects in a burglary from last night were turning in copper items. A man was arrested on suspicion of possessing stolen property.
2:55 p.m. — A caller from the 2000 block of Nevada City Highway reported drug activity in a vehicle, which then left the scene.
3:43 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Second Street reported 10 to 12 men in the street.
8 p.m. — A man from the 300 block of Pleasant Street reported vandalism.
8:14 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Eureka Street reported the theft of a motorized bike.
8:22 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Lucas Lane reported a puppy in distress; a possible animal neglect issue was reported to Animal Control for follow-up.
10:15 p.m. — A caller from the hospital reported a woman sought treatment for an assault that occurred at Kate Hayes and Race streets.
11:47 p.m. — A woman from the 600 block of South Auburn Street reported four people outside who were stalking her; extra patrols were requested.
12:45 a.m. — A caller from the 400 block of South Pine Street reported a physical fight with a person getting Maced in the eyes, who then left with a woman to have it rinsed out.

12:28 p.m. — A woman from McCourtney Road and Paddock Lane reported finding an electronic device that possibly contained sexual material involving minors.
2:35 p.m. — A caller from the 18000 block of Lazy Lane requested a welfare check on a horse.
4:41 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Shady oak Place reported a woman refusing to leave and terrorizing the caller. She left and had caused destruction; an emergency protective order was requested.

6:34 p.m. — A man from the 15000 block of Limerick Lane reported a dog killed one of his chickens.
9:31 p.m. — A caller reported a woman at a bar in Nevada City who said she had been beaten near Highway 49 and Alta Sierra Drive.
10:12 p.m. — A man from the 17000 block of Penny Court reported a woman took a phone from him and threw it at him; she was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse.
1:14 a.m. — A caller from Banner Lava Cap and Gracie roads reported a tree down across the roadway.
