Police blotter: Inmates drunk on hand sanitizer

10:15 a.m. — A caller from Nevada City Highway reported a woman with a stroller who has been darting across the street, almost getting hit, and pushing the stroller and then letting go of it.
11:42 a.m. — A caller from the 500 block of South Auburn Street reported the theft of a package that had been delivered. The suspect returned the item, but it had been destroyed.
11:50 a.m. — A caller from the 500 block of Sutton Way reported possible identity theft.
11:58 a.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Neal Street reported an ongoing, never-ending garage sale.
12:34 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Wilson Street reported a man was yelling; a man reported a man with a 9mm handgun stopped him and was not letting vehicles pass. He took the gun inside his house. A report was taken.
1:06 p.m. — A caller from Sutton Way and Brunswick Road reported that three people in a vehicle were all extremely intoxicated.

8:31 a.m. — A caller from Highway 20 and Jefferson Creek Road reported a possible old vehicle accident with a vehicle down an embankment.
11:11 a.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Indian Springs Road reported antique dishes, jewelry and boxes of books were stolen from an estate sale.
11:13 a.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Rough and Ready Highway reported the theft of a motorcycle.
11:43 a.m. — A man from the 18000 block of Harmony Place reported a person stole three medical marijuana plants. It was found to be a civil issue.
12:43 p.m. — A caller from Ready Springs Road reported that three men had followed two girls Monday; on Friday, the girls ran and the men chased them.
1:20 p.m. — A man from the 23000 block of Fagerlie Road reported that a woman who had been helping him grow marijuana took his cane and tried to hit him with it and tried to slash his tires.
1:59 p.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Peninsula Drive reported a fraud.
2:14 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Buckeye Road reported the fraudulent use of a credit card.
5:05 p.m. — A woman from Robin Street reported a residential burglary.
11:51 p.m. — A man from the 15000 block of Little Valley Road reported two vehicles with about five or six men pulled into his driveway and were around his truck, then left.
1:34 a.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Manzanita Diggins Drive reported fireworks.
5:58 a.m. — A caller from Lime Kiln and McCourtney roads reported a vehicle hit a telephone pole, with lines in the road.
9:08 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Chances R Road reported a battery had been stolen from an RV.
10:44 a.m. — A caller from You Bet and Pearson roads reported a vehicle rollover.
11:10 a.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Sycamore Court reported a woman wrote on a vehicle window with lipstick; there was no damage.
11:15 a.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Dog Bar Road reported a dog attacked a goat.
1:24 p.m. — A caller from Shady Creek Drive and Tyler-Foote Crossing Road reported a woman was going through mailboxes and took items.
1:49 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Cedar Avenue reported a man left in a vehicle who possibly was under the influence.
3:36 p.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Wood Rose Way reported a house had been broken into, with the front door forced open.
4:13 p.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Lower Colfax Road reported three or four gunshots; it was quiet when a deputy arrived.
4:38 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Alta Street reported a break-in at a church, with nothing missing.
5:50 p.m. — A caller from Indian Springs Road and Maidu Trail reported two vehicles in an accident, with one overturned.
10:17 p.m. — A caller from the fairgrounds reported 15 to 20 loud people and extremely loud music; they complied and turned it down.
12:28 a.m. — A caller from the 18000 block of Rollins View Drive reported a physical fight between two men, who were separated.
3:54 a.m. — A caller from the jail reported three inmates were extremely drunk due to ingesting hand sanitizer; staff was handling.
6:39 a.m. — A caller from Highway 49 and Oak Tree Road reported a tree down in the lane.
6:59 a.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Robles Drive reported a man jumped a gate and was asking strange questions.
