Police blotter: Eight-year-old reports angry grandma

11:58 a.m. — A caller from South Church and Neal streets reported a man with an open bottle of wine; he could not be located.
12:23 p.m. — A caller from Elisabeth Daniels Park reported five or six people possibly smoking marijuana and passing a pipe around. No drugs were found.
3:09 p.m. — A caller from the 600 block of Freeman Lane reported a drunken man in a store who might be driving. He was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
9:13 p.m. — A caller from East Main Street and Idaho-Maryland Road reported a man claiming to be from a cable company who might have been casing the neighborhood.
9:49 p.m. — A man from Cherry Lane and Race Street reported a man punched the window of his wife's truck as she drove by.

8:25 a.m. — An 8-year-old girl from Dog Bar Road reported that her grandma just said she wanted to kill her. She said she didn't think she meant it and that her grandma was aware she was calling 911.
9:03 a.m. — A caller from Highway 49 and School Street reported possible abused cattle.
10:08 a.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Monarch Court reported a dog attack with injuries; the victim refused medical treatment.
11:08 a.m. — A man from the 18000 block of Shasta Dam Way reported that he tried to wire his brother money via Western Union, and someone else cashed the transfer.
2:58 p.m. — A man from the 12000 block of Rainbow Road reported the theft of 10 to 12 items from a residence.
3:03 p.m. — A caller from the 16000 block of Bissell Place reported a physical fight involving five or more people. The situation was mediated.
5:20 p.m. — A woman from Names Drive reported that a 2-year-old girl was missing; she was located at a friend's house.
5:21 p.m. — A caller from Railroad Avenue and Idaho-Maryland Road reported a fire at a transient camp.
5:27 p.m. — A caller from Gold Drive and Squirrel Creek Road reported two men with dogs trespassing.
5:49 p.m. — A caller from Juvenile Hall reported that an inmate spit on a staff member; the juvenile was cited.
9:25 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Copper Drive reported a girl was out of control and pushed her father against the wall before running outside.
9:47 p.m. — A caller from Cascade Shores reported an illegal debris burn.
9:55 p.m. — A caller from Highway 20 and Melody Road reported people were shooting paintballs at vehicles.
7:37 a.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Loma Rica Drive reported that gas was stolen from three vehicles last night.
