8:35 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Sierra College Drive reported a man with a head injury.
9:09 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Ventana Ridge Place reported a vehicle burglary last night.
9:44 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Neal Street reported a man looking in vehicles and staggering; he could not be located.
10:41 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Mill Street reported a man stumbling and walking in and out of traffic. He was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

11:06 a.m. — A caller from the 600 block of Morgan Ranch Drive reported a vehicle break-in.
11:26 a.m. — A caller from Condon Park reported hearing a gunshot.
12:03 p.m. — A caller from West Olympia Drive and Annex Avenue reported possible drug activity and assaults.
2:21 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of West McKnight Way reported having a woman in custody for shoplifting; she was cited and released.
4:33 p.m. — A caller from Brunswick Road and Sutton Way reported a man with a very beat-up pit bull, who was telling people a bear attacked the dog and that he killed the bear with a mallet. The dog and its owner were OK.
4:41 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Mill Street reported the theft of video games.
5:09 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Fairmont Drive reported someone keyed a car last night.
11:43 p.m. — A man from the 100 block of Ventana Court
reported a person rang the doorbell and then left.
1:10 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of West Main Street reported a fight with weapons, possibly knives. Another caller reported 10 people fighting, without weapons. A man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license.
9:55 a.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Squirrel Creek Road reported credit card fraud.
9:59 a.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Lakeshore North reported possible identity theft.
10:48 a.m. — A man from the 11000 block of Valencia Road reported his neighbor cut the lock off his gate and put a new lock on it. It was a civil issue.
11:21 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Rough and Ready Highway reported a possible gunshot; nothing was located.
11:51 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Stotler Avenue reported squatters.
12:25 p.m. — A woman from the 14000 block of Gas Canyon Road reported people had stolen appliances, vandalized a house and shot multiple rounds at her. A woman was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
12:36 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Miners Way reported identity theft.
1:04 p.m. — A woman from the 10000 block of Tyler Foote Crossing Road reported a possible fraud.
3:20 p.m. — A man from the 15000 block of Names Drive reported ongoing vandalism and tampering with a vehicle.
4:04 p.m. — A caller from Lewis and Willow Valley roads reported promiscuous shooting. Other callers from Genasci and Lewis roads also reported shooting. It was quiet when deputies arrived.
10:12 p.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Little Valley Road reported a man stole propane and power.
11:32 p.m. — A woman from Hillview Road reported being a girl was hit on the neck.
12:53 a.m. — A man from Norlene Way reported a woman was drunk and throwing items. She reported she was assaulted and was bleeding from the head. She sought treatment.
Nevada City Police Department
1:43 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Railroad Avenue reported a drunken and elderly woman left in a vehicle. She could not be located.
8:55 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Commercial Street reported people were jumping on a vending machine and getting out of control.
2:16 a.m. — A caller from Broad and North Pine streets reported a man refusing to pay for a taxi. He was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public.
