Police blotter: A radiation device, dumped mower and ditched horses

Grass Valley Police Department
8:18 p.m. — A caller at a business on the 500 block of Sutton Way reported a theft between customers.
9:37 p.m. — A caller at a business location that was redacted from the daily activity logs reported a theft.
11:01 p.m. — A caller whose location was redacted from the logs was reportedly anti-law enforcement and solely wanted to argue about how police are trampling the rights of the homeless.
12:02 p.m. — A caller at apartments located at the 200 block of Dorsey Drive reported that an upstairs neighbor continues to harass him by using some sort of fish finder devices to send electronic pulses to him that change his heart beat.
2:42 p.m. — A caller on the 400 block of Butler Street reported a jacked-up vehicle fell on someone.
4:02 p.m. — A caller at a park along the 100 block of Minnie Street reported a very large amount of marijuana smoke coming from the skate park.
1:08 p.m. — A caller at a park along the 100 block of Minnie Street reported multiple subjects smoking marijuana at the skate park.
3:02 p.m. — A caller at a thrift store on the 100 block of Neal Street reported a theft.
3:45 p.m. — A caller at a bank on the 200 block of South Church Street reported the theft of some keys.
3:52 p.m. — A caller at a hardware store on the 2000 block of Nevada City Highway reported a theft.
4:53 p.m. — A caller at a department store on the 700 block of Freeman Lane reported the theft of prescription drugs from a vehicle.
7:27 p.m. — A caller at apartments located at the 200 block of Dorsey Drive reported neighbors pointing a radiation device at the reporting party. The caller also alleged that the neighbor has a heartbeat detector they are using to zap him with electricity.
7:43 p.m. — A caller at a department store on the 100 block of McKnight Way reported the theft of cargo pallets.
11:50 p.m. — A caller at a pharmacy on the 1000 block of Sutton Way reported the theft of a vehicle. The issue was later resolved that his ex-girlfriend stole it, and they worked it out. However, the caller later called back and asked to have her arrested because she had not yet returned the vehicle, and he was cold.
6 a.m. — A caller at apartments located at the 200 block of Dorsey Drive reported discovering a listening device bugging his apartment.

11:14 a.m. — A caller on Penn Valley Drive reported the theft of medication from a vehicle.
12:35 p.m. — A caller on the 13200 block of Pilot Peak Lane reported the theft of four chainsaws.
1:42 p.m. — A caller on the 20600 block of Pyerenees Court reported a vegetation fire. CalFire responded.
1:54 p.m. — A caller on the 14300 block of Pepperwood Drive reported a propane company driver caused a disturbance and kicked a dog.
3:15 p.m. — A caller on the 13200 block of Rough and Ready Highway reported a residential burglary.
5:38 p.m. — A caller on the 10700 block of North Ponderosa Way reported a neighbor's dogs attacked his chickens.
7:15 p.m. — A caller near a high school on the 11100 block of Magnolia Road reported a truck with its tailgate down peeling out in circles in the parking lot. The driver reportedly lost a riding lawn mower out the back of the truck in the process.
2 a.m. — A caller on the 20500 block of Clydesdale Road reported a vehicle hit his truck and somehow became attached to his vehicle. Called advised the driver ran up the hill. Caller said he is letting his dogs out and has a 12-gauge shotgun but told dispatch it is not their business where it is. Officers responded and the vehicle was towed.
8:47 a.m. — A caller on the 21600 block of Oak Ridge Drive reported his tires were slashed.
4:25 p.m. — A caller on the 16800 block of Cozy Nest Court reported an abandoned horse was dumped on her property.
8:24 a.m. — A caller on the 10400 block of Smith Road reported a theft of gas.
10:16 a.m. — A caller on the 11400 block of Via Vista reported the theft of multiple newspapers over the course of several days.
10:51 a.m. — A caller on the 10700 block of Baker Downs reported the theft of cash from a residence.

2:51 p.m. — A caller at a parking lot on the 200 block of Broad Street reported a drug transaction.
