Health care and burnt toast

The Department of Homeland Security head, Janet Napolitano, has said that the Obama administration has decided it is no longer subject to existing law. U.S. law and the U.S. Constitution is now burnt toast. Congress has rubber-stamped the Obama program.

Obama has named 41 czars and will name nine more. These czars have unlimited power and resources and are not subject to questions from anyone – except Obama – or any governmental body.

Michael Boldin, founder of “The Tenth Amendment Center,” reported the following: Congress has the power to enact only what is specified in the Constitution. All other powers are reserved to the states or to the people.

Health care is not listed in the constitution, therefore, Congress cannot legally pass a health care bill. It is unconstitutional. Only the states can pass health care legislation.

It is legally possible for the states to nullify federal laws. A number of states are in the process of nullifying the health care program. Florida, Arizona, and Louisiana are proceeding with this legislation. Texas Gov. Rick Perry said his state may participate. Other states are considering. California needs to put this in a proposition and place it in next year’s election.
