A man and a woman might be facing marijuana sales charges after Grass Valley Police officers responded to a report of suspicious activity at 49er Fun Park. An alert citizen who knew all the businesses were closed at the time called in the report at about 8:30 p.m. Saturday, said Grass Valley Police officer Clint Bates. Officers responded and found Michael Alan Kryzopolski, 30, and Carrie Brown in a vehicle that was parked in the lot at the fun park on Railroad Avenue.
