Police blotter: Man reports terroristic energy weapons threats


Grass Valley Police Department

Monday

7:51 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Idaho-Maryland Road reported a possible burglary to a business.

8:18 a.m. — A caller from Brunswick Road and Nevada City Highway reported people driving through red lights.

10:45 a.m. — A caller from Olympia Glade Mobile Home Park reported an ongoing issue with transients trespassing, vandalizing fences and leaving drug paraphernalia.

10:49 p.m. — A caller from the 700 block of Sutton Way reported a woman in a vehicle with duct tape across her mouth and nose. The vehicle could not be located.

12:38 p.m. — A caller from Mill and West Main streets reported a woman hit a man several times and then left in a vehicle.

1:02 p.m. — A caller from a business in the 600 block of Sutton Way reported fraudulent activity.

1:42 p.m. — A caller from the 700 block of Sutton Way reported a customer was “all cracked out: and causing a verbal dispute. He left before an officer arrived.

3:09 p.m. — A caller from the 1900 block of Nevada City Highway reported people smoking marijuana, who could not be located.

3:35 p.m. — A caller from the 600 block of Sutton Way reported a man and a woman in a physical fight.

9:13 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of South Auburn Street reported a woman banging on room doors.

11:48 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Colfax Avenue reported a man got out of a vehicle driven by a woman and let the air out of the tires of another vehicle. At 12:27 a.m., a caller reported a physical fight at the same location, with two women involved and two men trying to separate them.

9:01 a.m. — A caller from Western Gateway Park reported campers and possible drug activity; they were moving on.

9:38 a.m. — A caller from the 16000 block of Cooper Road reported a possible theft.

10:17 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of East Bennett Road reported a large transient camp, which could not be located.

10:44 a.m. — A caller from the 23000 block of Highway 49 reported a residential burglary with jewelry taken.

10:53 a.m. — A woman from the 14000 block of Stinson Drive reported she trapped a skunk and it sprayed her in the face.

11 a.m. — A caller from Union Hill School reported two special-needs students had been missing for an hour after climbing a fence next to the fire road. They were located, but fled. They were located and returned.

12:03 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Combie Road reported six juveniles rolling rocks from a retaining wall into the parking lot.

12:50 p.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Fifield Road reported the theft of $30,000 in cash from a residence.

1:01 p.m. — A caller from the 21000 block of East Hacienda Drive reported possible starving goats. They seemed OK at this time.

3:23 p.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Orchard Springs Road reported vandalism to a mailbox.

9:25 p.m. — A caller from Highway 49 and John Barleycorn Road reported terroristic energy weapons threats. He said people were using nanotech to torture and monitor him. He had been in contact with the FBI but they refused to help him because they are using the same technology to monitor criminal behavior.

11:08 a.m. — A man from Argall Way reported a CB and stereo equipment were stolen from a Jeep.

3:28 p.m. — A caller fro, Searls Avenue reported a fraud.

3:31 p.m. — A caller from Broad Street reported the theft of linens.
