Friday

6:21 a.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Mill Street reported a physical fight.

7:55 a.m. — A caller from Silver Springs School reported a girl was intoxicated and refusing to go to school; she was arrested on unknown charges.

9:05 a.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Buena Vista Street reported possible drug activity.

10:29 a.m. — A caller from the 300 block of North Church Street reported possible drug activity.

10:39 a.m. — A caller from the 2000 block of Nevada City Highway reported a boy tried to steal a bottle of alcohol and fled.

11:33 a.m. — A caller from the 2000 block of Nevada City Highway reported a shoplifter.

1:18 p.m. — A caller from Allison Ranch and McCourtney roads reported museum staff was removing a transient camp.

3:21 p.m. — A woman from the 100 block of Neal Street reported two people tried to steal her shopping cart, which was full of food.

4:20 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of West McKnight Way reported a shoplifter in custody, who was arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary.

4:33 p.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Sutton Way reported a man looking in vehicles and asking for money; he could not be located.

4:48 p.m. — A woman from West Main and Mill streets reported a man assaulted another man; he did not want to file a report.

5:39 p.m. — A caller from Dever Lane reported a man trying to climb the fence to the highway; he could not be located.

6:01 p.m. — A man from the 400 block of South Auburn Street reported a man came to the back door and threatened to kill and eat everyone there.

9:08 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Manor Drive reported a man possibly had been casing the area earlier today.

2:41 a.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Pleasant Street reported a person just abandoned a Chihuahua mix and a pit bull mix in the parking lot.

5:08 a.m. — A caller from Dever Lane reported someone tried a front door; no one was located.

12:28 p.m. — A caller from memorial Park reported hearing six or seven shots fired; nothing was located.

12:57 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Dorsey Drive reported a woman running around trying to pepper-spray people. She was arrested don suspicion of possessing tear gas.

1:33 p.m. — A man from the 900 block of Slate Creek Road reported the theft of a wallet.

1:57 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Sutton Way reported someone stole money from an elderly woman.

1:58 p.m. — A woman from the 2000 block of Nevada City Highway reported a person spit on her after a dispute in a parking lot.

1:59 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Mill Street reported the theft of a bicycle.

7:06 p.m. — A man from the 300 block of Sutton Way reported a man punched him in the face; he did not need medical attention.

7:41 p.m. — A caller from Hennessy School reported two boys on the roof; they were gone when officers arrived.

10:41 p.m. — A caller reported an assault victim at Brighton Street and French Avenue.

At 8:19 p.m., a caller from Neal and South School streets reported a man ran through a yard, possibly related to the call on Lloyd Street. He could not be located.

9:56 p.m. — A caller from the 1900 block of Nevada City Highway reported a man huffing paint and walking down the street. He was arrested on suspicion of possessing toluene.

9:59 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Neal Street reported two men had shoplifted items from a store.
