Friday

8:55 a.m. — A man from the 10000 block of Pekolee Drive reported a person hit him with a vehicle on purpose; he declined medical attention.

9:37 a.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of McCourtney Road reported a juvenile brought a bottle of whiskey to school in a backpack. The juveniles was cited on unknown charges.

11:04 a.m. — A woman from the 11000 block of Surrey Drive reported a man on her property, possibly trying to burglarize it.

12:05 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Broken Oak Court reported a man was beating a dog, tying it to a fence and kicking it repeatedly.

4:24 p.m. — A caller from the 19000 block of Donovan Road reported power lines were down across a road.

7:14 p.m. — A caller from Lovas Lane reported someone had posted the caller’s photo online in a sex ad.

8:32 p.m. — A caller from You Bet and Red Dog roads reported fireworks.

10:06 p.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Rollins Park Drive reported a gunshot.

10:15 p.m. — A woman from the 23000 block of Meyer Ravine Road reported a man twisted her arm and scratched her. A woman was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse.

10:47 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Adam Avenue reported a physical fight involving four people. A man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

11:13 p.m. — A caller from Torrey Pines Drive and Wanderer Road reported a vehicle into a ravine with the driver standing on top of it.

11:32 p.m. — A woman from the 10000 block of Howe Avenue reported a man pushed her down; he was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse.

2:05 a.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Manzanita Diggins Drive reported loud music.

7:57 a.m. — A woman from the 10000 block of Spenceville Road reported a man who was under the influence of a controlled substance took their children; he reportedly was going to his parents’ house. At 9:23 a.m., a BOLO was issued for a welfare check, as he did not go there.

8:14 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Matthew Lane reported fireworks or automatic gunfire.

2:10 p.m. — A caller from Lowell Hill and Red Dog roads reported vandalism to a gate.

2:19 p.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Echo Ridge Drive reported a window had been broken in the early morning.

2:45 p.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Peninsula Drive reported people lighting fireworks.

3:05 p.m. — A caller from Nevada City Highway and Banner Lava Cap Road reported a 10-year-old boy panhandling; they were moving on.

4:02 p.m. — A caller from Greenhorn Access Campground reported a boating accident.

4:16 p.m. — A caller from Steephollow Creek reported a loud explosion; it was quiet when deputies arrived.
