Police blotter: Problems with goats, indecent exposure

Thursday

8:54 a.m. — A caller from South Church and Neal streets reported a man involved in drug activity daily.

10:58 a.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Henderson Street reported the theft of money.

11:37 a.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Colfax Avenue reported the theft of a phone.

12:50 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Sutton Way reported a person threw a child’s bicycle off a balcony and was screaming at children playing outside.

107 p.m. — A man from the 2000 block of Nevada City Highway reported recovering stolen items at a local store.

3:43 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Mill Street reported a theft.

3:58 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Neal Street reported the theft of a backpack.

4:58 p.m. — A man from the 100 block of Neal Street reported a boy just tried to sell him meth. He could not be located.

5:22 p.m. — A caller from the 700 block of Sutton Way reported a shoplifter fled with socks; they were recovered.

5:29 p.m. — A woman reported a fight with her daughter on Brunswick Road, with her daughter breaking the windshield of her vehicle.

6:40 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Sutton Way reported a theft from a business.

7:56 p.m. — A caller from Hughes Road and East Main Street reported an assault with the suspect fleeing on foot.

8:09 p.m. — A caller from La Barr Meadows and Dog Bar roads reported a driver assaulting a passenger in a vehicle. It could not be located.

8:10 p.m. — A caller from the 2000 block of Ridge Road reported a girl was drunk and out of control. At 9:35 p.m., the caller reported a physical fight. The girl was cited on suspicion of violating probation.

9:14 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Melissa Court reported a dog was tied up and howling, which has been going on for the last three years.

Friday

3:07 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Glasson Way reported a woman stole bed sheets. She was arrested on suspicion of petty theft and possessing stolen property.

8:17 a.m. — A caller from the 500 block of Richardson Street in Grass Valley reported identity theft.

11:23 a.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Creek View Drive reported goats being killed.

1:48 p.m. — A caller from McCourtney Road and Mustang Valley Place reported loose goats running in the road. They could not be located.

2:03 p.m. — A caller from the 17000 block of McCourtney Road reported identity theft that occurred several years ago.

2:31 p.m. — A woman from Jones Bar and Newtown roads reported finding an elderly woman wandering along the road. She was returned to her residence and her daughter.

3:11 p.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Chisum Trail reported a horse bite.

4:02 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Wolf Road reported identity theft with $463 stolen from a bank account.

4:34 p.m. — A woman from Pinnacle Lane reported her mother stole her plant; it was found to be a civil issue.

4:37 p.m. — A caller from Scotts Flat Lake Road reported finding explosives by the dam, possibly left from dam construction.

5:26 p.m. — A caller from Vinlee Place and Duggans Road reported a neighbor walking up and down the road, exposing himself. He could not be located.

5:56 p.m. — A caller from the 17000 block of Maybert Road reported illegal campers.

8:43 p.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Retrac Way reported a man has been coming to the residence and trying to steal their black Lab. He possibly has a mental disability. He could not be located. At 10:18 p.m., the caller reported someone knocked on the door and then left.

10:48 p.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Wild Life Lane reported a large juvenile party with burn piles, shooting guns, etc. The gunfire appeared to be coming from another location.

Friday

12 a.m. — A caller from Via Vista and Echo Ridge Drive reported dogs barking for two hours; it was quiet when deputies arrived.

2:56 a.m. — A caller from Highway 20 and Harmony Ridge Road reported loud people and loud music. At 3:52 a.m., the caller reported still hearing loud people. No one was located.

6:52 a.m. — A caller from the 500 block of Searls Avenue reported business windows had been shattered.
