Judge rejects plea agreement in Grass Valley date-robbery case

A Nevada County Superior Court judge set aside a plea agreement for an Olivehurst woman who allegedly set up a Craigslist date with a local man in order to rob him, and she entered a new plea that could send her to prison for two years. Debbie Delois Pristavec, aka Debbie Sutton, was arrested in July 2012 after she allegedly lured the 64-year-old man out on a “date,” then robbed him at knifepoint in a parking lot with the help of a man and a 17-year-old boy.
