David Donald Foote David Donald Foote, a lifetime resident of Nevada County, passed away Jan. 5, 2013 in Grass Valley. He was 72. Per his request, no services will be held. David was born May 26, 1940. He is survived by his daughters, Frances and Louise of Texas; 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sister, Audrey Gunther of Santa Rosa; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and long time friend Pamela Mann.
