7:40 a.m. — A woman from the 400 block of LaMarque Court reported a man assaulted a woman. He was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse.

9:08 a.m. — A caller from the 2000 block of Nevada City Highway reported a transient refusing to pay his bill and yelling.

10:41 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Presley Way reported identity theft.

11:35 a.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Henderson Street reported a boy under the influence who slapped someone in the head. He could not be located.

11:52 a.m. — A man from the 300 block of Alta Street reported a woman hit him in the face and broke his glasses.

2:15 p.m. — A woman from the 100 block of Neal Street reported a man spat on her when she asked him to leave.

2:48 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Mill Street reported a physical fight.

3:27 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Mill Street reported the theft of a wallet.

3:51 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of North Church Street reported three men in a verbal dispute that had been physical. No one was located.

4 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Bennett Street reported four or five men smoking marijuana; no drug activity was located.

4:01 p.m. — A woman from
the 500 block of Linden Avenue reported the theft of a cell
phone, which had been returned to her.

4:46 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Lidster Avenue reported a burglary to a vehicle.

5:48 p.m. — A caller from Brunswick Road and Sutton Way reported a significant amount of blood in front of an ATM. No one in distress was found.

7:10 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Henderson Street reported a woman wandering in the parking lot who earlier had been walking into the bowling lanes. She was admonished.

7:11 p.m. — A caller from the 900 block of West Main Street reported a woman breast-feeding under the influence of meth.

7:37 p.m. — A caller from the 800 block of East Main Street reported a $100 counterfeit bill.

8:52 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Bank Street reported a physical fight; neither wanted to press charges.

1:45 a.m. — A caller from the 1900 block of Nevada City Highway reported people trying to get into a donation box at a drive-through.

10:45 a.m. — A caller reported a woman from the 10000 block of Pine Hill Drive was falling prey to scams and sending money in the mail.

11:15 a.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Wings of Morning Drive reported the theft of tools.

11:17 a.m. — A caller from Highway 49 and Combie Road reported vagrants sleeping in tents.

1:27 p.m. — A caller from the 19000 block of Outpost Court reported possible fraud.

3:35 p.m. — A caller from the 22000 block of Jennifer Drive reported the theft of a birth certificate and other items.

3:58 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Dolomite Court reported an attempted burglary by a man who fled.

6:03 p.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Jack Pine Road reported a rabid skunk, which was dispatched.

8:02 p.m. — A caller from Highway 49 reported a juvenile assaulted another juvenile and a staff member. The juvenile was arrested on suspicion of battery.

8:26 p.m. — A woman reported a road rage incident on Highway 49 and Alta Sierra Drive at about 7:15 a.m., with the vehicle following her to the CHP office.

Wednesday

12:38 a.m. — A caller from the 16000 block of Pasquale Road reported dogs had been barking for six hours. It was quiet when deputies arrived.

9:13 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Sacramento Street reported a woman came in and said she had been beaten up. The suspect had driven away.
