The man who handles Grass Valley’s legal matters, City Attorney Michael Colantuono, was named among the Top 25 Municipal Lawyers in California for the second year in a row by The Daily Journal, the state’s leading legal newspaper, Sandra Levin, Colantuono’s law partner, was named as well.
