A domestic dispute reportedly turned into a high-speed drive, a crash into a snowbank and an eventual trip to county jail for a Washington man. Jourdan Alexander Scott-Brown had taken his girlfriend and their 7-month-old baby to dinner at The Summit Bar & Restaurant off Donner Pass Road on New Year’s Eve, said Nevada County Sheriff Keith Royal. Both adults allegedly had several drinks and began arguing, Royal said.
