Grass Valley Police officers responding to a call of a suspicious man with a bandanna over his face ended up arrested the suspect after a short foot pursuit in downtown Grass Valley. A caller reported the man “lingering” in the alley next to the Owl Saloon at just before 11 p.m. Sunday, according to dispatch reports.
