Grass Valley Police Department

Sunday

9:59 a.m. — A woman from the 300 block of Mill Street reported a man kicked in a door and yelled expletives at her.

1:19 p.m. — A woman from the 100 block of West Berryhill Drive reported a woman and a man were breaking into her residence. A woman was arrested on suspicion of violating probation.

3:16 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Bank Street reported a man had locked himself in the bathroom and was refusing to come out. He was advised to leave or risk being arrested for trespassing.

6:52 p.m. — A caller from the 2000 block of Nevada City Highway reported the theft of a vehicle.

7:17 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of South Auburn Street reported a man stole a box of Milk Duds.

9:33 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Dorsey Drive reported a woman and a man in a physical fight.

10:56 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Hughes Road reported a man trying to break into a vacant house. He was arrested on suspicion of forcible entry.

12:04 a.m. — A caller from the 500 block of South Auburn Street reported a possible residential burglary.

9:47 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Pine Hill Drive reported the theft of multiple items from an unlocked car.

11:57 a.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Highway 174 reported the theft of items from an unlocked vehicle.

12:33 p.m. — A woman from Rough and Ready Highway and Ridge Road reported someone just threw egg at her car and another car as well. No one was located.

2:39 p.m. — A woman from the 10000 block of Logue Lane reported she had contained a dog that had been killing her chickens.

4:33 p.m. — A caller from Mooney Flat Road reported promiscuous shooting less than 50 yards from a residence. No one was located.

6:35 a.m. — A caller from Jeabjo Way reported a tree blocking the road.

Sunday

9:54 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Commercial Street reported hearing two men fighting. A man reported that a man wearing an Angry Birds cap pushed him.
