Nevada City woman arrested in suspected prescription forgery A suspicious pharmacy employee’s call to the Grass Valley Police Department ended in the arrest of a Nevada City woman on charges that she forged several prescriptions. Police responded to Kmart at about 3 p.m. Friday after the employee reported a possible altered prescription for oxycodone.
