Grass Valley man tackled by business owner after allegedly breaking in

A Grass Valley man who was caught in the act of burglarizing a business tried to flee but was chased down and tackled by the business owner and several good Samaritans, said Nevada County Sheriff Keith Royal. Deputies, responding to a 911 call at about 7:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 13000 block of Grass Valley Avenue, arrived to find the suspect pinned face-down on the ground on neighboring Charles Drive, Royal said.
