Police Blotter: yelling profanities, marijuana


Grass Valley Police Department

Monday — 90 calls for service

7:30 a.m. — A caller from the 700 block of South Auburn Street reported vandalism to a vehicle.

8:28 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Margaret Lane reported a break-in to an unlocked vehicle.

8:48 a.m. — A caller from the 500 block of Penstock Drive reported the theft of a license plate.

11:13 a.m. — A woman from the 100 block of Conaway Avenue reported a man kicked in a door and threw her cell phone.

11:55 a.m. — A caller from Memorial Park reported eight to 10 teens smoking marijuana.

2:32 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Mill Street reported drug activity.

4:19 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Bank Street reported three boys checking hotel doors, who were admonished.

8:06 p.m. — A woman from Forest Glade Circle reported a man vandalized a vehicle.

10:18 p.m. — A woman from the 100 block of Arden Court reported finding a bullet in the front of her house.

11:45 p.m. — A caller from Washington Road reported a loud person. At 1:18 a.m., the caller reported the person was yelling profanities.

Tuesday

2:04 a.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Buena Vista Street reported a physical fight involving a man and a woman. A woman was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse.

6:45 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of South Auburn reported an attempted break-in.
