A Truckee California Highway Patrol officer remained in the Nevada County jail Friday after he was arrested for alleged sexual acts with a minor. Officer Robert C. Holland, 46, was arrested at his Loyalton home Tuesday on several counts, said Sgt. Scot Loetscher. The arrest was made by his fellow CHP officers as they executed a search of his home, Loetscher said. “These are serious allegations and very disappointing to the organization, but it should not be a reflection on 11,000 employees who go out every day and do their job to provide safety and services to California,” Loetscher said. …
