Busy day at Grass Valley residence ends in arrest

Four separate visits by law enforcement to a single Grass Valley residence Monday ended in one man’s arrest on vandalism. trespassing and criminal threat charges and another man being cited on suspicion of assault with tear gas. Grass Valley Police officers were called out to the apartment building in the 100 block of Maryland Drive at about 3:15 p.m. Monday in response to a report of a man yelling, banging on a door and threatening to kill someone, according to dispatch report.
