After a man caught a young burglar in the act of rifling through his vehicle, a good Samaritan chased the suspect down, helping the victim recover his belongings. Grass Valley Police officers responded to the incident at about 1 p.m. Saturday, which initially was reported as a physical fight with a man trying to get away from several men who were chasing him, said Sgt.
