The Gold Country Wildcatz under-14 girls team traveled to the California coast this weekend and won the Fort Bragg Spookfest Tournament, going undefeated in four contests. After winning all three games in the preliminary rounds fairly easily, 2-0, 8-0 and 6-1, the girls faced steep competition in the final. The championship game was a thriller with the opponent being a NorCal Premier team called the Santa Rosa Annadel Attack, which had scored 27 goals in the tourney while conceding only two.
