Shopping locally a great experience

Shortly after reading a letter by Judith Berliner of Nevada City on March 18 praising Record Connection's good business ethics, our TV died and could not be revived.

After looking "down the hill" and on the Internet, my wife and I walked into Record Connection in Grass Valley. We were greeted by a very nice young lady named Jennifer, and after hearing our tale of woe, she proceeded to explain (in layman's terms) the many different types of TVs, pro and con. And by 2 p.m. that day, Mike (also very nice) had our new TV delivered, hooked up and fine-tuned and removed our old, very heavy TV (to be recycled at the local landfill).

Mike was not happy with the set and four days later returned with another set and exchanged it. All this was done at a very fair price.
