Krall-McCrary Lorraine Krall and Lewis McCrary are happy to announce their engagement. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Michael and Sharon Krall of Williamsport, Pa. She received her Ph.D. from Georgetown University in Political Science and is currently a postdoctoral fellow at Washington University in St. Louis, Mo. The future groom is the son of Robin Evert of Grass Valley and Larry McCrary of Portola, Calif.
