Tahnee E. Rankin Air Force Reserve Airman 1st Class Tahnee E. Rankin graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. She completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and  basic warfare principles and skills. Rankin is the daughter of Joanne Rankin of Roseville and granddaughter of Paul Rankin of Grass Valley. She is a 2003 graduate of Bear River High School.
