Sylver M. Frank passed away on Nov. 13, 2012, at Mercy San Juan Hospital in Sacramento, Calif. She was 95. Services will be graveside at 10 am. Saturday, Nov 17, 2012, at the Loney-Sanford Ranch Cemetery, 27584 McCourtney Road in Grass Valley, Calif. Sylver was born April 28, 1917 at Pilliard Ranch in Auburn, Calif., to Walter and Anna Sanford. Sylver graduated from Grass Valley High School in 1936.
